Creative concept, direction and execution of the Car Launch and Guest Experience. The team was responsible for all of the event delivery, production and technical management for the following:
- The html email invitation broadcast that was later integrated into RFID wristbands.
- Printed and physical branded invitations, including design and creation of bespoke packaging.
RFID/NFC wristband integration
- Each guest received a wristband pre-programmed with their
name and email address.
- When wristbands are scanned, guests were greeted with a
projection of their name to welcome them.
Digital Photo Booth
- Transforming the MKZ into a digital photo booth with RFID
wristband & social media integration.
360 degree Social Wall
- Installation of 30ft high Twitter wall to surround the guest lounge.
- Private network allowing guests easy log in access and the ability to send Lincoln branded tweets to #helloagain
350 top VIPs were invited to experience the premium nature of the launch.
Over 2.8m of print, online and social media revenue created.
Create an engaging and interactive tour to exhibit the benefits of the Telegraph’s digital offering, whilst building upon the success of 2011.
To achieve the data capture targets set and to trial and demonstrate the iPad and mobile versions of the application.
A fully digital and interactive stand that allowed visitors to demo the application on iPad and Mobile as well as showing off the best of the content features on three large format touch screens.
A touch screen photo booth allowing users to have their picture superimposed onto the front page of the Telegraph app. This was printed off and also emailed to the user to provide a physical and digital take home.
A competition was also run across an SMS campaign for further digital integration.
Over 1,000,000 opportunities to see across eight events.
23,000 entries for data capture (exceeding the 20,000 target).

Entered within the "Innovation in Action" category, we were pitted against heavyweight contenders such as campaigns run by Bentley by Drive Productions and Lynx by Mindshare. Not only was it a pleasure to be cited alongside these brands and agencies behind them, but we were honoured to be awarded for our hard work on the Telegraph campaign.

To facilitate a 3D football screening and family fun areas to engage the 300 VIP guests attending the event.
To provide a football themed event to help celebrate the Barclays premiership, sponsorship and the rival match between Liverpool and Manchester United.
Created a theatrical entrance via a football tunnel, where guests could meet celebrity talent and enter the auditorium of the largest 3D football screening in Europe - Fitted with authentic football stadium seating and typical food serveries such as burgers, fish and chips and much more.
In addition to the screening, we built a temporary football pitch, skill training areas and included games consoles to demo football related titles.

Creative Stand Design:
- Facilitate the design of an award winning multi-functional and modular stand.
- Acting as a digital ‘hub’, this utilised large screens as digital signage to inform passers by and provided free wifi to the users of the stand.
